Venue
We're returning to the Freedom Preparatory Academy located just down the street from DHI (1761 W 820 N). The main high school entrance is on the South side of the building with a second entrance on the Southwest corner near the West parking lot. Our festivities will take place in the gymnasium. However, dress for the event is business casual (no gym clothes please), but ugly Christmas sweaters and/or Santa hats are always welcome!

- Caesar & Spinach Salads
- Entrees: Beef Tenderloin (with Brandied Mushrooms and Horseradish Cream), Pomegranate Chicken, and Salmon Alfredo
- Mashed Potatoes and Herb Butter Green Beans
- Homestyle Dinner Rolls
- Desserts: Sticky Toffee Cake (with fresh cream & toffee sauce), Chocolate Cream Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Apple Raspberry Crisp, Fresh Fruit Cups
Food will be served buffet style. Be sure to notify us of any food allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Holiday Games & Prizes!
In lieu of entertainment and as an effort to streamline the evening's event we will be playing holiday-themed games with cash prizes again this year. (Cha-ching-a-ring-a-ding-ding!) Rest assured that even though we'll be in a gymnasium, snowball dodging, chainsaw ice-sculpting or strenuous reindeer games will not be included. You'll be able to join in from the comfort of your chair. Everyone will be eligible to win a little extra holiday "green" ya' know what I mean?

Parking Map
There is plenty of parking (including 8 accessible spaces) within a short walking distance. The map highlights the location of the parking lot in relation to the two entrances of the high school we'll be using for our event. The accessible spaces can be seen on Google Maps for those looking for them. Walking over from the DHI lot is also an option if the weather is good and you'd like to enjoy a night-time stroll in the crisp December air.

What does RSVP mean? RSVP is actually a French expression meaning répondez s’il vous plait. That translates to “please respond" meaning that the hosts of the event are asking for you to let them know whether or not you will be able to attend. Please do so to help us plan accordingly. Thank you!
